Beedon, West Berkshire

 

Byway 22 Beedon, in a north westerly direction from its junction with Hailey Lane to its junction with Catmore byway 7, a distance of about 1.2 miles.

Byway 23 Beedon, from its junction with Beedon Byway 22, in a north easterly direction, to its junction with East Ilsley byway 1, a distance of about half a mile.


(The closure will also include all vehicular crossings of the above byways.)

The alternative route for all vehicles, cyclists or equestrians affected by this Order is via Hailey Lane and Ball Pit Road to East Ilsley, or by this route reversed.

Also, Byway 22 Beedon, south from Hailey Lane, to the road at Beenham Common.

inform us that there is a TRO about to start (3rd Jan) to prevent mechanically propelled vehicles from using Swallowfield Byway 8 (Raggett’s Lane). This is for six months to prevent damage to the road.
